Nighthawk 2700/CAX30 Only displays "1 2 3 4" lights on after connecting LAN

Question

I recently purchased the Nighthawk 2700/CAX30. Wireless network has worked well. However, I connected my Xbox series X using the LAN port and lost internet connection. Only the "1 2 3 4" lights are on now. I have tried power cycling and factory reset but no other lights will come on. I saw one other thread from July 2023 with this issue, but no solution. Any thoughts or updates?

Note: I plan to return the unit tomorrow since it has been less than two weeks from purchase.

Try a 10 second reset button press then release.&nbsp;
Be sure all ethernet connected devices are disconnected.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
If this clears, setup the modem again with a ethernet connected pc.&nbsp;
If not, try a 30-30-30 reset on the modem.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
What CAT# LAN cable are you using? CAT 6 is recommended.
