Nighthawk 7000 modem/router can't connect

Cannot connect to modem/router after a 5 hour power outage. Cable company says it's connected and can see the unit. Says the issue is on our end. Yes we been through the normal reset drills. Good wifi connection but devices say no internet. Netgear genie shows we have internet connection. Apparently it's an issue between the modem router interface. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back on. 

    Do you not see the SSID names on any of your devices? 

    Do wired PCs or laptops get internet?
