Nighthawk AC1900 Have been hacked and don't know how to get into my modem to change settings
Hello! I hope someone can help me. My device has recently been hacked and I don't know how to get into it to find out what firmware version I have and to change settings, such as turning off WPS, changing the admin password, etc. Suggestions?
Factory reset is always a good place to start.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
then follow the install guide. And set strong passwords you don't give out.

What model modem do you have? C or CM series?
Factory reset the modem and setup from scratch using a wired PC connected to the back of the modem and web browser.
