Nighthawk C7000v2 Keeps Dropping Internet
Happens once or twice a day where my Internet connection drops for devices that are connected by WiFi.
The modem does not drop the WiFi connections, just do not have any Internet connection.
I log into the modem and it shows cable status as good and the one computer hardwared into the modem has Internet access.
I have to end up unplugging the modem to get the WiFi devices Internet access.
I have changed WiFi channels, MTU but eventually the WiFi devices loses Internet. I have had spectrum tech out who states that the lines are good and there is good signal strength. I have done a factory reset, but that did not correct the issue.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

the firmware is the current firmware. things you have brought up have already been performed. So i appreciate what you listed as trobuleshooting steps.
