this certainly looks like a bootfile/config file problem. Please call them at a later time and ask them to spell out what bootfile was sent to you and confirm if you are 250 Mbps bootfile. I think it is called EXTREME in some locations but not 100% sure.

On two separate calls, they checked the bootfile/config and claimed it was the correct file for my 250 Blast subscription.

pls post your event logs + Power table here for us to check.

Attached are my event logs and power tables. They are all in one file. Search for at least 5 equal signs (=) to find where I've separated the sections. The first section is the EMTA log files, the second section is the events log and the 3rd section has the power tables.
