Nighthawk C7800 Locked at 400mbs

Hello,

I have a Nighthawk C7800 I recently installed to support an upgrade to a 1 GB internet plan. After round and round with my ISP (Suddenlink) they determined that the Nighthawk is "locked" at 400mbs but is receiving the full 1gb of connection from the box. I cannot find any help online or changes to any settings to change this. Can anyone please provide insite as to how to unlock the speed and raise it above 400mb? The highest speed Ive seen both wired and wireless in 398mbs down and 41 up.

    A couple things. 

    1. do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs?

    2. their provisioning is what sets the speed. I've seen ISP's send the wrong provisioning file before. Have they reprovisioned it?
