Nighthawk CAX80 working but only top two lights are lit

I just bought this modem/router and finally got it hooked up and running. It is a 'Renewed' from Amazon router. Only one very small mark on the front just above the two switches.

 

After yesterday and most of the morning it's finally hook up and running. The only thing I'm not sure about is the status lights. The only lights that are on is the power light and the one just below that which looks like a lightening bolt. Is there possibly something wrong with this unit?

 

I really don't know what other information to include in this post but I'm open to any suggestions.

    Well singles look good. 

    Some Criticals and a couple of Errors in the events logs that the ISP should review and resolve.

     

    I would presume that there maybe a HW fault with the LEDs. 

     

    Last resort would be to try a 30-30-30 reset on the modem with out the coax cable connected, then reconnect when the first LED turns on WHITE, then see if the rest of the LEDs turn ON. WiFi LEDs should turn ON as well. 

     

    If not, then would be a HW fault. Up to you to keep it or return it to place of purchase.

    Please post a picture of the front LED panel.

    Has a factory reset on the modem been performed and setup from scratch?

    Whos is the ISP that your connected with?

      The factory reset was done and my ISP is Spectrum.
