Nighthawk CAX80

helo everyone , does anyone know what happened to my nighthawk CAX80? I'm unable to factory reset it ( reset button), the LED just stay on like that( the picture) and disconnected on nighthawk mobile app. No wifi rightnow, tried unplugged re plugged it but doesn't help at all. thank you all

    Can you access it by hardwiring a pc/laptop into it? 
    Try its default ip address of 192.168.100.1

        Tried disconnecting the coax, powering it down for a few minutes, then reconnecting the coax and booting it back up?
