Nighthawk X4S - stopped broadcasting wifi?
I've had our X4S for about 8-9 months, and it's successfully broadcast both a 2.4 and 5gHz signal through our house. However, a few days back, both signals simply disappeared. Nothing changed in our IPS service, and no power surges or outages. It just... left. I checked and saw that the device still showed illluminated lights next to both signals, which was odd. So I restarted the Router on the back of the device. It came back online lights-wise... but still no signal being broadcast. I also did a full power-pull after the button didn't work. Smae problem. Thing is, I know we are still getting a signal, because we have a third wifi solution in the form of a series of Luma Whole-Home Wifi devices. One plugs directly into the X4S on the back and broadcasts its own signal. That's been the setup since we moved in and got this device, and it still turns out a wifi signal.
Anyone have ideas? We can't all be on the same wifi signal with a family of 5 all wanting a different Netflix show. Thanks!

The C7800 listed in your footer is a cable modem/router.
You might get better and quicker replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section:
Cable Modems & RoutersThere is support for the C7800, including a manual, somewhere at the end of this link:

Check to see that the SSID is set to broadcast. See the section Control the WiFi Radios.

Has a factory reset been performed on the modem and setup from scratch? After doing the reset, check with a wifi device to see if you can see the factory default wifi SSID being broadcast. If you don't, the wifi on the modem maybe bad...
