No connection to C6300v2

My xfinity wifi signal is strong but I essentially cannot use it right now. I’m unable to connect to my cable modem, I can’t login to the Nighthawk app (get a “logon timed out” message no matter what), and when I did a factory reset and new setup, the app still tells me it cannot find my device. I get a “WiFi not detected” even when my device is technically on the wifi network.

    Exit the mobile application.

     

    Use a web browser on a real computer connected to the C6300v2 via an Ethernet cable.  If you do not have a computer with an Ethernet port, Wi-Fi will work.
