No GHZ channels or WiFi C6300
I have recently purchased a router/modem C6300. I just moved into apt and hooked it up, it worked fine for about an hour and now Neither 2ghz or the 5ghz channels are lit up. The network will not come up on my phone to select from for WiFi. It does work if ethenet is hooked up directly to my laptop. I checked with cable company and everything works on their end, Ive looked on Netgear Genie and it says everything is working including the WiFI so why isnt it coming up for me to log into? Im not very tech savvy so I dont know what to try next.
Please help, I dont really want to have a housecall from a computer place come in.

In the physical unit, check the Wireless On/OFF button. Please check the user manual on page 7-8. http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/C6300/C6300_UM_17Nov2015.pdf
Pressing this button for two seconds turns the WiFi radios in the modem router on and off. If this LED is lit, the WiFi radios are on. If this LED is off, the WiFi radios are turned off and you cannot use WiFi to connect to the modem router.
