No internet but all LEDs are normal - C7000 - new password loop

I have a C7000 router/modem. My ISP says they are showing a good signal.

When trying to surf the web I’m sent to the attached page for the router login. I’m not given the option to enter my standard password. If I fill out the form for changing to a new password and fill in the security questions, It does not work. As soon as I hit “next” I’m recycled back to the same page.

I feel like I’ve tried it all. Power up power down on the modem and PC, factory reset the modem, clear cache/data/history, etc.

Any thoughts? Is it time for a new modem or should I wait for a service tech to come out from my ISP?

    Its usually because you aren't hitting all the password requirements. 

    Make sure it has: 

    • 1 Upper Case
    • 1 Lower Case
    • 1 Number
    • 1 Special Character

    If that doesn't work, you can factory reset it and start over. Again, you still need to hit those requirements when setting up a password
