No internet connection

Comcast/xfininty activated my c3700 modem/router. Looks ok on their side. No internet connection. Netgear support says modem working properly. All lights on internet light flashing green. Any suggestions. Reset and rebooted several times

    Have you tried to remove any cable splitters that may be on your cable line or try another outlet in your home?

      My service provider replaced the splitter and my modem/router still did not connect ot hte internet. They ended up putting one of thier modems on. thanks
