No Internet connectivity
I am on Verizon FIOS, the coaxial goes in to their wireless router, which then hardwires into the FS116 switcher.
When I connect my comptur directly to the the ethernet cable coming from their wireless router, I get a solid connection. When I plug that back into the switcher (FS116) none of the machines connected light, including my TV, Computer, and Netgear Night Hawk.
I have unplugged everything and reconnected, situation persisists.

When you connect direct into the FIOS gateway, what IP address do you get? Don't need to know the exact IP, just wether it is a public (68.1.2.3) or private (192.x.x.x, 10.x.x.x, etc). My guess is the gateway is in bridge mode, so it will only give out 1 public IP, while the switch has 16 ports.
PS. The switch also is only rated for 10/100Mbps. If you pay FIOS for a package above 100Mbps, I would suggest upgrading the switch.

Thanks for the reply. I get a 192.x.x.x address. I also plugged my comptuer directly into the switch to take all the other cable out of play and I cannot see the internet. At this point, I am pretty sure my switcher is fried. Thanks for the reminder on speed. I am getting ready to buy a replacement, leaning to the FS over the GS, I'm on their 50 plan and seem to be able to stream anything I need at this point.
