Orange light won't go off
I have had this modem for a bit and it has worked perfectly fine. I just moved and now when I plug it in the orange/amber light won't change to white indicating that the internet connection isn't ready. It's been plugged in for over an hour and I never had this problem in my old house. Any ideas on how to help?

I would contact your ISP make sure they have the modem set up correctly for your new address it could be stuck in the system back in your old address.
