Phone (Android Pixel 4a) only device unable to access Internet via Nighthawk C7000v2
I was in process of setting up my new C7000v2 Nighthawk using my Pixel 4a and got stuck during the part where the setup has you register the new modem with the ISP (Xfinity in my case). I had to abort and call Xfinity with the modem MAC and Model to register on Xfinity network. When I returned to complete setup my phone appeared to be stuck in a loop and so I completed setup with my tablet. Now, every device - Windows PC, iPhone, Android tablet, etc - is able to connect to Interet EXCEPT the Pixel 4a, even though the Pixel 4a shows up in the Netgear router management console as an Allowed device that is connected and has IP address assigned. I have rebooted/restarted the router and did a wireless reset on my phone. Still doesn't work. Also, when I try to log into the router on my Pixel 4a, either thru the Nighthawk app, NetGear Genie app, or 192.168.0.1, I am unable to log into the router. I am able to log into the router using my tablet or laptop using the same username/password. So...there is something either in my phone or in the router that needs to be cleared out.
Any ideas?

Not an issue with the phone as it connected to the previous router which was Netgear. The issue is inside the Netgear Nighthawk, I'm assuming created by the mid-set-up crash that seeming put the device being used to do the set up into a do-loop validation state where it is stuck. I had to restart the Nighthawk set up from my laptop and was able to complete on the second effort, but the phone is still stuck in the middle of the first setup. My guess is that I need to purge the Nighthawk from it's "memory" of previous devices, probably previous MAC addresses that it's seen. But I can't find how to do that.

Try a factory reset on the modem and setup from scratch.
