I can believe that. Port 53 is used for a DNS server. I'd be a
little amazed if your XboxOne were running a DNS server, hence it's not
amazing that you're getting no response from it at port 53.

im just following this guide:
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live
because every time when i want to play GTAV Online it always kicks me out even though i followed the guide.
I cant even last a second to play online.

That guide seems not to distinguish between ports which must not be
blocked for outgoing traffic, and ports which must be forwarded for
incoming traffic. I can believe that all those ports (53, 80, 88, 500,
3074, 3544, and 4500) must be open for outgoing traffic. Port
forwarding is used for incoming traffic, and forwarding any of these
ports, but especially 53, to an Xbox makes no sense to me.
My Xbox expertise is nil, but, for one thing, if port forwarding were
needed for any of these ports, then it could be done for only one Xbox
on the LAN. To me, that seems pretty (and unrealistically) restrictive.

I don't know what "kicks me out" means, or whether it's related to
the router configuration.
