Port Forwarding Issues

Clicked on UPnP.  I was not able to use port forwarding since there was a conflict.  Click OFF UPnP.  Setup port forwarding.  Ports 82, 8084/8085, 1723 are blocked.  Next step is use a separate router.  Why is C6300BD so dificult?

QNAP TS-251.  Trying to setup VPN Server and Web Server.

"not able" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
    interpretations.

       Same as above?

    > Setup port forwarding.

That non-description conveys remarkably little useful information.
Copy+paste of the actual port-forwarding rules would be more useful.

Define "blocked".  Says who?  What, exactly, led to that conclusion?

Not much meat on that bone, either.

That probably wouldn't be my next step, but I don't know what you
did, why, or what happened when you did it.  Define "difficult".

By the way, what steps did you take to ensure that your servers are
at fixed addresses, so that the target addresses in your port-forwarding
    rules will stay valid?
