Portforwarding on a CG3000 does not work

Hello

Now I have spoken to my ISP and also Netgear and no one seems to be able to help, so I thought someone in here might have had similar problems as me.

I am trying to portforward several ports through the CG3000 interface. I have put all the correct info in the portforward boxes, but when I test if X-port is open, it is still closed. I have tried making a DMZ host on the specific IP-adress I want to open ports for. I have double-checked hundreds of times if it is the correct IP-address. There is no firewall blocking the signal.

The reason why I want to open the ports is that my Playstation 3 will be able to send out information from some of the games I am playing online. For instance: I am disconnecting every time after a match in Fifa and I spoke to EA, who told me it is because I need to open the ports I'm trying to open now.

Anyone have a suggestion what is wrong?

Cheers

All the support is done threw the ISP for this modem you will have to contact them again to see what the issue is.
