    Check the power adapter for the modem. Un plug for a minute or two. Try a different power adapter. 

    Does the modem seem to be working? 

     

    Try a factory reset by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds then release. Do this with the ISP Coax line removed. Does the power LED turn on then?
