Problem with both PS5's in the house
Experiencing the same problem with both PS5's in the house. The only difference was changing to this router.
Thanks for replying. I discovered the router had blocked both PS5s even tho’ the login and p/w hadn’t changed from the previous router. I simply unblocked those PS5s in the Nighthawk app.
What NG product model are you referring too?
What problem are you seeing with the game consoles?
Are they wireless or ethernet connected? Ethernet is preferred.
