Can't get over about 200mbps on new CAX30 with Xfinity 1.2gbps plan

Hi! I've got a new Netgear Nighthawk AX6 CAX30 with firmware 2.2.4.2.    I have the Xfinity 1.2gbps plan.   On my PC I'm seeing speeds of about 200mbps.   On the PC's 2.5G connection I'm seeing...

A couple things. 

  1. focus on speedtesting with the wired device. Get your incoming speeds up to spec before troubleshooting wireless.
  2. what speedtest app/site are you using? I'd try the browser based one. 
  3. Chat with xfinity. Don't call. See if their rep can reprovision the modem. I've seen several times were a modem had the wrong provisioning file. And your specs look good.
