Re: New - RBR750 / RBS750 Firmware Version 7.2.6.21 Released
Hello. I purchased the kit CBK752. I see in orbi app the satellite shows as RBS750 and the cable modem shows as CBR750.
I have manually updated the satellite to fw v7. But if I search for CBR750, it shows latest version as v4.
Can I use this RBR fw for CBR? Or are they totally different things.
I'm trying to enable IoT.

Unfortunately no. Some have used the Guest Network for there IoT device. Up to you if you want to use that.
Option would be to get a RBR750, load the RBS750 with v7 FW, Load the RBR750 with v7 FW, configure the CBR for modem only mode then you'll have the separate IoT network that v7 provides.
