Yes. I had my previous docsis 3 modem handy to use. But when it wouldn't provision, that prompted me to call Comcast. The tech saw that the upload channels were empty indicating an issue upstream. He removed the line filters on the source at the pole and the CM1200 modem has been back to 100 percent. So the issue wasn't software but Comcast hardware.
