READYSHARE not recognizing USB

My N450 will not recognize any USB device I attach to it, including the WD  My Book which is in the compatible list. I am not very patient, but have waited for 2 days for it to show up!

All the drives I have tested are NTFS.

It could be a bad usb port on the unit if its not picking up anything that you are plugging into it you will need to contact support.
