recovering files from a RN314 that is no longer online

Is thre a way to connect  a 2018 Mac Mini running Mojave OS to thIs unit with it offline in order to extract files from it?

It has been replaced as the main server at work, but apparently not 100% of the files got transferred to the new drive and I need to get into the drives somehow if at all possible.

      What does your reply mean? I have UB, HDMI, SATA and ethernet connections on the back of the unit.

      What are you sugesting?
