Why is #NetgearCustomerService so AWFUL??? It has been well over 6 weeks now that they RECEIVED my returned modem and it said within a few days it would show the refund to my account. I’ve tried calling and no one EVER picks up, or they lie and say they disconnected. Can’t get anywhere online with them. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service . Be careful buying from a company that doesn’t care about it’s customers at ALL!! I will be posting this on every social media page possible to get the word out! There’s better companies that actually LISTEN to the needs of customers and don’t just steal your money like this! I’m a single mama and we need to pay bills! This is NOT acceptable! Shame on Netgear.
