As I read it, the original question was about "the cable company
wifi", not "the cable company".
What, exactly, does "the cable company wifi" mean? Have you some
kind of modem+router with wireless capability? What is it? Is the
(unspecified) "orbi" gizmo connected to it? How? The non-psychics in
your audience know nothing about your current configuration other than
what you provide. So far, that's not much, and seems to be more
confusing than useful.
