router log in

when you're trying to log into your routgerlogin.net to look at your settings/connected devices/etc, does it make you sign into your netgear account and then give you trouble like 3-4x's then finally saying it's already logged in and then give you access?  this happens to me all the time and it's annoying.

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch walking thru the setup wizard been performed? 

    Try using different browsers for this...
