Router Model C6250 - Drops connection repeatedly

I have an AC1600 Cable Modem/Router model C6250.  Firmware v1.01.13.

My provider is Cox, I had them come check our connection today and they said that the connection and wires are perfectly fine.

I have rebooted the modem/router and done a factory reset on it.

The issue I get is that several times throughout the day, randomly, my internet will drop.  I am connected via ethernet to the modem, my computer still says that I have internet access through the modem but nothing will load.  Netflix on the TV will stop, my phone wont load anything through wifi, my computer wont load any pages even connected through ethernet.  The connection drop will last anywhere from 3 seconds to 5 or 10 minutes at most.  It is managable, but it is beyond annoying at this point and need it fixed.

I am not sure what to do, I thought it was my ISP at first but I contacted them and its still happening today after they came to check the connections.

I would say its still a signal/line issues you are getting alot of uncorrectables on all downstream channels and you are getting T4 timeouts. it could be a issue down the line somewhere in your neighbor hood.
