Yes. I've tried using Google DNS as well as some provided by xFinity to test the same. Interestingly, when I go to websites that use location services, I keep getting tagged as being in San Fransisco. Comcast/xFinity are saying that the time zone is auto configured by them, but that this router is hard coded to PST. I can't find any way to change the time zone to my correct time zone.
Why would Netgear hardcode a time zone? That would be such a monumental design flaw as time can and does affect communications if a server Host sees the time as out of synch. Is this a bad router?

The modem gets its time data from the CMTS of the ISP and they do not typically follow daylight savings is the time a hour off? does the same error show up no matter what web browser you use or what device you use in the home?

The time is one hour off as I am in Mountain time. This time shows in the router console from any device, any browser. Could this time difference be a red herring? At a loss...
