Slow Wifi, but good LAN speed

I have VERY slow WiFi speeds of about 20 - 50 Mbps, but my LAN is 200+.

Already contacted the ISP and they let me use one of their routers and it runs about 100+ Wifi.

Did factory reset.  Firmware is up to date.

Contacted Netgear support, but they didn'd do anything for me except ask me to pay for extended support.

 

Upload speeds are fine, only DL speeds.

    Have you tried to adjust your wireless channel? Do you have any old wifi devices on the network? how many device connect to the wireless?

      Yes. I tried changing channels. Right now only 4 on 5G and 2 on 2.4G. 

       

      All things that are connected are fairly new.

        Forgot to add. Modem is less than 4 months old.
