Slow wifi connection
I called my internet provider and they said they are showing over 800 mbps going to my router, but my wifi isn't getting a good speed. Less than 10 mbps. Anyone have any suggestions?

What devices are you speed testing with?
Are wired PC speed test good?Most current wifi devices along with the wifi on the modem will probably max out at around 300-400Mpbs depending upon confiuration, settings and device support.

I recently purchased the C6900 thinking I would be upgrading from the xfinity xFi. So far that hasn’t been the case at all. I’m not only experiencing slower speeds and shorter distances but also connection losses (when gaming). I’ve only changed my network password and left all settings to default. Unsure what to do next then to return the product and go back to the xFi.
Was wondering if you were able to resolve your issues and if you had any suggestions?
