slow wifi
I just bought the C6300 Modem Router, Time Warner had a hard time getting the internet to work but finally got it going, I pay for 50Mbps, the first day the wifi was super fast I check the speed it showed 58Mbps, the next day the wifi fell apart when i first turn it on it was super slow i check speed it showed 1.40Mbps so i hooked up the Ethernet the speed showed 59Mbps after i went back to the wifi the speed went back to 19.00 and from that point on the wifi was Erratic each time i turn it on, one time it would be .89Mbps to 19.50Mbps. Before I take it back is there anything I can do to Stabilize the wifi. Thanks

I'm on my second unit, having the same issue. I'm paying Comcast for 250 Mbps. I get all that speed if I am hard wired to the modem router. Wirelessly, I'm getting anywhere ferom 1.4 to 41 Mbps. I've been through Netgear support, and don't have much confidence that they know what they're doing. Does anyone here have experience with this problem? More importantly, does anyone have a way to overcome it?

Hello Seesformiles
Have you tried to adjust the wireless channels on the C6300 you can get a app on android called Netgear wifi Analytics that will help find the best channel for your area and there are other free apps on apple that can do this as well.
