Some how the WiFi settings are controlled by Comcast?
Some how the WiFi settings are controlled by Comcast? Weird. Its like there is a lock on changing anything within the WiFi settings. The router side seems to be fine. I will log a call with Comcast.

I'd agree with CrimpOn . You really didn't include anything helpful in this post.
Like what router you have, what modem you have, or even what you're seeing.
On 3rd party devices, comcast doesn't control anything. If you have one of their modem/router combo devices, then they do control a wifi access point

And, no. The ISP does not control the WiFi settings of customer routers.
