SSIDs not showing up after outage

We lost internet connectivity this afternoon and after powering down the C6300 cable modem and unplugging it for a while, then bringing it back up, I don't see the SSIDs for our 2.4 and 5Ghz wireless networks. I called Comcast and they verified that they made no changes, had no outages, and it all looked fine on their end. On the modem the internet light is on, wifi light is on, 2.4Ghz network light is on/blinking, 5Ghz light is off. I can't see either wifi SSID when searching for networks from my laptop or devices. Did Netgear make a firmware change or something? Can't get to the router admin page over my network either.

Do you see any default named networks? Have you tried to remove the coax cable from the modem then reboot it and see if the SSID shows up if that happens then the ISP is disabling the wifi in there settings.
