Status lights all flash amber except the internet status light and restart.
I've searched the database and can't find an answer to my problem.
Randomly my modem (CM500), starting flashing all Amber lights. The power light starts of green and the downstream/upstream start to flash amber as if it's going to connect and then all lights except the internet light lights up anger and it starts all over again.
I've tried unplugging all connections. I've tried a hard reset numerous times. I've tried updating firmware with a hard Ethernet convection and nothing works.
Has anyone had this issue and have been able to resolve it? My modem isn't even a year old and sadly I can't locate my receipt to get a new one under warranty.

Can you log into the modem by going to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 and then login with admin/password and find the logs and post them here it will help us figure out why the modem keeps going out.
