Stupidly Turned off NAT and now it's screwing up and won't let me change it back

So I was trying to get my PS4 to have an Open NAT for optimized gaming performance-- or heck, even a moderate would have been okay. But this router keeps setting it to strict no matter what I try. I got frustrated and started testing out settings and like a ninny I turned off NAT thinking it would do something. Little did I know it is near impossible to go back to configure the settings to turn it back on because of course it is. Every time I try to type in the IP to access router info it tells me it is unavailable or can't be accessed. I'm freaking out and don't know what to do. Now my PS4 won't connect to the router, somehow I got my laptop to connect, but I'm skeptical of how long that will last. Any ideas on how I can turn NAT back on, preferably without returning it to the factory settings?

Sorry for the dumb question and sorry for doing something so stupid. :c
