Please access your NETGEAR account. SIGN IN
Go to My Support under My Account.
Click on CONTACT SUPPORT.
Select option #2. Get help on my NETGEAR product
Select the product SN and click Next.
Another option, visit CONTACT US page.
Followed your instructions, up to the "CONTACT SUPPORT" part. This is the next screen. What do I do next?
My product is D6400 router. Can't find it in the dropdown box.
