Surfboard c3700 solid red power, all lights green

Question

My surfboard c3700 cable modem with WiFi quit working. The power lights red and all other lights are green. I tried resetting by unplugging and using the reset button, it always just powers on with the lights as I described. Is there any way I can get it to reset, or is it dead?

If you have tried holding the reset button for 10 seconds and still get the power light as red then it may be bricked. I would suggest contacting support if your modem is still under warranty.&nbsp;

Thanks for the reply... Yes i tried everything to reset the modem, holding the button down for up to 30 seconds, plugging it in while holding it down, etc. I contacted Netgear support, and he seemed to think he could fix it, but since it is out of support, it would cost $90 which I didn't think was worth it. Mainly I was wondering if anyone else had an idea how to reset it, but I think you are right I'd say it is bricked at this point.
