TFTP program reset CAX30

Hi I have attempted the TFTF fix, has not fixed the problem but noted a few things if anyone worked or has feedback. 

General note 

When I reset the router and the 2 ethernet cable light turns on my ethernet connection goes to identifying to unidentified network but once the 2 turns off it goes back to network cable unplugged. ( I am plugged into port 1, and when i plug into port 2 light 3 turns on) 

Fix through windows command prompt 

press enter after resetting for 30 seconds. (tftp -i 192.168.1.1 put CAX30-V1.4.11.2.bin)

Will pending for a period of time and then give "Connect request failed"

Tried about 10 times

Using the NMRP solution 

nmrpflash.exe -i net5 -f CAX30-V1.4.11.2.bin in command prompt. 

New window pops up says its looking for ethernet connection then 

Advertising NMRP server on net5 ... |

Then "no response after 60 seconds bailing out" 

This is said  short time after the 2 light turns off. 

Any feedback?
