Trade In Option

Hi,

 

I have two cable Modem Router (C7800) and the new place we moved they are having fiber optics so I would like to go for the fiber connection. I would love to upgrade to a mesh routers but if I do so the two cable models routers I have are going to be just a very expensive paper weights. 

 

Therefore, I would like to know if there is any trade-in option which would provide many users to upgrade their network devices as and when newer devices are launched. Just like Apple where it lets user to trade-in Old phones and lets them purchase the newer model based on the trade-in value for the old device.

    there isn't. 

    Your best bet it to sell them on a 3rd party site or hold onto one in case you move back

      Thank you for your response. Yes, after posting I realized there isn't and I hope somebody from netgear takes a look and start offering that option.

        NG doesn't have any kind of trade in program. As suggested, you'll need to offer your modem up for sale where ever you can find a place to sell it. Places like fleabay, amazon or craigslist.
