TWC Authentication Problem - NETGEAR C6300
Hi. I am having issues getting my C6300 router/modem to authenticate with TWC.
When connected to the cable line, the cable side recieves an IP address from TWC via DHCP but they are unable to authenticate it via the MAC and are not seeing it on the network.
I gave tech support the MAC address listed in the Internet Port section of the modem/routers as my 3 year old has misplaced the Product Label for this device.
Is this the correct MAC address or does this modem have a CMAC that is not listed in the setting?

Hello CharlesKludge
You should be able to find it on the sticker of the modem or in the settings if you go to Advanced- Administration-Gateway Status under cable information it should have the MAC.
