unable to add Trusted Device

Unable to add Trusted Device.
Other than MAC filtering section in manual, can find no means to add a Trusted Device.
Followed manual instructions numerous times (10+) to add MAC address in MAC filtering.
All attempts failed. Rebooted. Closed browser. All efforts failed.
No solution in Formum, or online.
After purchasing N450 last year, successfully added numerous Trusted Devices.
Can anyone provide the procedure to add Trusted Device?

    Hello Hime 

     

    Have you tried to use a different web browser or make sure you have pop up blockers disabled when trying to do this?

      thank you DarrenM for PopUp idea. Allowed Netgear in Chrome and Internet Explorer. Followed page 36 instructions in Manual. Same failure to not register MAC address in Trusted section after clicking Apply. Can find no other instructions to add MAC addresses to Trusted device list. Exasperating. hime

        N450 continues to not activate or allow addition of new device MAC Address to Trusted Device. 

        I am unable do discover what might be preventing this task.

        Any helpful ideas will be most appreciated.
