Unable to get internet from Xfinity on CBR750

Question

I installed a new Orbi CBR750 cable modem on Xfinity network.&nbsp; During the provisioning with Xfinity all 4 indicators on front of CBR750 were solid white.&nbsp; Xfinity said they could see my router and the status was green.&nbsp; However, no internet traffic was getting through the router.&nbsp; They said the problem was in the router.&nbsp; An Xfinity rented router worked.&nbsp; I called Netgear and tried again the next day and found what I think was the problem.&nbsp; During the installation process using the Orbi app I missed accepting the terms and conditions the first install.&nbsp; The second time we had the same symptoms, but when Netgear had me go through the install process I saw the terms and conditions and accepted them.&nbsp; The CBR750 now works!
