Unrecognised device in home network

I'm in the same situation. Only difference is that I have several devices connected to my home system that I either can't find nor explain. One apprears to be from Japan???
When I click on them, the "BLOCK" option is not there. Should I reboot, change PW, what? How did they get there in the first place? Did they get lucky guess my PW? Am I in any danger of these connections getting my confidential information?

Hello Dorald
If you are sure they are not something in your home that you connected then I would suggest you change the PW and reset the modem and check if they show up after your connect your devices again.

The question asked was: Why can you block only some of the devices? I have an unknown device on my network I am not allowed to block. Why is that? And how do I override it? Otherwise NETGEAR equipment is useless to me...
