Uplink Solid Amber
Hi all, I have the Nighthawk 2.5Gbps Cable Modem (CM2000). The uplink indicator is a solid amber. Through ethernet I'm getting close to 20mb up and 14mb through Wi-Fi. Point is I don't think it's affecting the performance, right now.
Comcast / XFinity is my ISP. When I spoke to them they said all is green on their end. I've done everything short of a factory reset. I would prefer not to since it's working and it's not like I'm staring at the modem everyday.
Any thoughts? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?
