Upstream light consist flashing

Hello, I've had issues regarding slow connection speeds since the end of March. I've noticed the upstream light on the modem is flashing consistly, when I do a power cycle is stays solid for more than a few minutes then goes back to flashing. This isn't normal?

 

Should I post my bonded channels stats for upstream and downstream?

    Yes, take a screen snip of the cable connection page with upstream/downstream info. get all the info from the page. 

    Also get a screen snip of the logs. 

    If you have any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers in line, I'd remove them as well. They can cause issues.
