Using cm500 with phone as part of package
I have the triple play from optimum. This includes the phone service that I have no use for but I get an overall better price deal I was told that since the cm500 doesn't support phone, optimum fails...
cm500 does not support voice/phone. you will still need your optimum modem for phone.
