VPN Connection not working.
When I try to connect to work server VPN I get the following error message.
The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding. This could be because on of the network devices (eg, firewalls, NAT, routers, etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections. Please contact you Administrator or your service provider to determine which device may be causing the problem.
The modem/router is new, I was able to connect fine using an Xfinity modem/router prior. I contacted my work's IT department and they said it was not on their end. I contacted Xfinity and they cannot control equipment that is not theirs.
In all the research I did for Nighthawk said to login to router admin, admin, admin settings and then click on VPN settings and change settings. However, there is not a VPN setting option anywhere for the X4s AC3200 C7800 in the router login amin.
Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated

VPNs can be messy to get right. It might help if you told people which one you are using. Have you asked them for help?
You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's complicated community structure.)
Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get responses here, but you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
Cable Modems & Routers
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
